Zine It! – 20Twenty – Ages 8-11

Ages 8-11

Explore zine making with artist, Marian Savill.  In this presentation you will learn what zines are, explore different styles and make your own zine with just a few basic supplies.  Think of a theme for your zine! What do you feel passionate about? What do you like doing? What are your favourite things?  It might be kittens, drawing or recycling, choose something you love and want your zine to be about. See if you can find some magazine pictures and words that suit your theme ready to use in your zine. Bring along paper, pens, scissors and glue to get going. If you have decided on a theme ahead of the session you could collect together some images and words which relate to it.
