‘Opening Doors to Independent Writing : Principles and Ideas for Reading to Writing Journeys’ – Bob Cox – Family Session

Family Session

There is nothing more exciting than budding young writers finding the pen flowing at home or at school! Bob will be exploring ways in which this can be supported, including the encouragement of a varied and challenging reading diet, ways in which challenging reading habits inspire creative writing and a few bits of advice on how young writers with whom he has worked have excelled. He will include examples of pupils’ work and show how improving at writing is one of the biggest joys of all!
